Abstract

The Personal Social Services Expenditure return (PSSEX1) was first collected in 2000-01 by the Department of Health. Since 2004-05 this return has been the responsibility of the Information Centre for health and social care. The PSSEX1 aims to collect the detailed information on Personal Social Services (PSS) expenditure formerly collected by Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM) on the RO3 return and the information previously collected on the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) Actuals return.
