HERC is currently recruiting for two new researchers to join their thriving group of health economists.

A Researcher is being sought to work on applied economic analyses aimed at analysing anxiety in childhood, using a variety of statistical/econometrics approaches. The key responsibilities will include reviewing and summarising literature, analysing UK complex longitudinal birth cohort studies (e.g. MCS, ALSPAC), interpreting results, contributing to publications and presentations. The closing date for applications is 12.00 noon (GMT) on Friday 29 November 2019.

We are also seeking a highly analytically skilled and experienced Senior Researcher to contribute to the development of a programme of work in the field of developing economic analyses/models using large randomised controlled trial and observational data in the field of chronic diseases, ensuring best practice is followed in terms of analytic methods, modelling and presentation of results. Development of a programme of work in the field of lipid modification therapy for reducing cardiovascular risk will be the focus of the post. The closing date for applications is 12.00 noon (GMT) on Wednesday 18 December 2019.
