HERC are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The post holder will carry out a wide range of support duties for HERC, specifically administering a number of short courses, arranging and minuting internal meetings, financial record keeping and invoicing, and travel arrangements. To be considered, you will have experience of working in an office/administrative environment, good administrative and organisational skills, which include proven experience of organising online and face-to-face meetings and events and strong communication and IT skills.

The role is part time (60 - 80%FTE) and fixed term for 2 years. Flexible working possible.
