Flagship course on Sustainable Health Care System for China

The Flagship course is part of the capacity building program of the HPSP project funded by the UK-DFID and aims to train a new cadre of teachers who can teach the course in the future. It has been offered three times since its first offering in 2006. Participants are primarily senior officials from the Ministries of Health, Finance, Civil Affairs, Labor and Social Security.
