Assistant to Professor Gray/Unit Administrative Assistant

Darren joined the Health Economics Research Centre (HERC) in March 2017. For the past 2 years Darren has worked for the University of Oxford in the Department of Experimental Psychology as the Executive Assistant to Professor Kia Nobre and the Brain & Cognition Lab.                             

Darren’s role with HERC will be Assistant to Professor/Administrative Assistant and his main responsibilities will be to provide PA support to Professor Alastair Gray Director of HERC, to administer the applied methods course and work with the editorial team to produce HERC’s newsletter, as well as many other duties including supporting the staff and students within the group.

When not working for the University, Darren also works for Oxford United Football Club as a Youth Sports Psychologist within the Girls and Boys Football Academies. He also consults with Funded Athletes in the Oxfordshire area whilst undergoing professional training with the British Psychological Society (BPS).
