Juliana Lui

Juliana joined HERC as a researcher in February 2020 following her PhD in health economics, policy and management at the University of Hong Kong (HKU). She received her degrees in Msc in Biotechnology at University of Pennsylvania, Msc in Accountancy and Bsc in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
Prior to her position, Juliana undertook research at HKU on organisational behaviour healthcare management and previously carried out laboratory research related to influenza virus.
Juliana’s current work focuses on development of economic evaluation frameworks based on the REVEAL trial for assessment of long term effects of interventions to reduce cardiovascular disease risk.
