Following the publication of the original article [1], the authors reported an error in the author group. Of the three authors approved for addition, only Giulio Castelpietra was added. Mencia Ruiz Gutierrez Colosia and Elisabeth Zeilinger were not added. All three authors are missing from the group author table in the acknowledgements section. Ana Fernandez is still listed as Anna. In the group author section at the top of the paper (and in the Consortia section), Matthew Hamilton is listed as Guzman Hamilton. Gillean Hilton is still listed as Gill Hilton.
