Rebecca Black

Rebecca joined HERC as a Researcher in February 2026. Her work focuses on assessing the cost-effectiveness of genomic screening technologies, specifically in the diagnosis of rare diseases.

Rebecca holds a BSc in Economics from University Carlos III of Madrid and an MSc in Health Economics and Decision Modelling from the University of Sheffield.
