- The LHO is an integral part of the network of twelve Public Health Observatories (PHOs) across the UK and Ireland that form the Association of Public Health Observatories (APHO). The LHO produces information, data and intelligence on the health and health care of the 7.8 million people who live in London. Populations contains data on: Children and learning difficulties.
