Abstract

PESA brings together recent outturn data, estimated outturns for the latest year and budgetary plans over the whole range of UK public expenditure. PESA includes analyses of public spending by function and economic category of expenditure, and by country and region, as well as full details of spending by department and the budgetary control aggregates, Departmental Expenditure Limits (DEL) and Annually Managed Expenditure (AME).
