On 13 October the HERC team proudly participated in the Oxford Half Marathon, showcasing not only their commitment to fitness but also their camaraderie. Four runners represented the centre: Jake HitchDavid SmithXuemin Zhu, and Junwen Zhou.

Jake ran in support of SSNAP (Supporting sick newborn and their parents), raising awareness and funds for this vital cause. His dedication inspired many, making his run not just a personal challenge but a meaningful endeavour.

Xuemin and Junwen delivered standout performances, both surpassing their personal bests by significant margins. Their hard work and determination were evident as they crossed the finish line, celebrating their achievements together.

Congratulations to all our runners for their incredible efforts and for making HERC proud!
