New UKRI-DHSC research funded ( https://www.nihr.ac.uk/news/2-million-funding-boost-for-new-research-to-tackle-impact-of-covid-19-on-mental-health/25851 ) to evaluate whether an online therapy programme for children with anxiety problems during the COVID-19 pandemic is as effective as existing mental health treatment services and could save money. Mara Violato (HERC, NDPH) will lead on the economic evaluation of the study.
