An allocation of 105 bedrooms, on a bed and breakfast (B&B) basis, has been set aside at 3 venues this year, a few minutes’ walk away from each other and the main meeting venue - Keble College - set in central Oxford amongst the Dreaming Spires.

The accommodation has been reserved at advantageous rates until 20 May 2023 for HESG meeting attendees and after this date any unsold rooms will be released for general sale to avoid any cancellation penalties.
